Detailed scope and estimate
We organize the work into a defined, line-by-line scope so you can understand what is included, what is excluded, and where allowances or open decisions remain.
Approvals and preparation
When required, we coordinate permitting, board documentation, licensed trades, protection plans, procurement, and schedule logistics before fieldwork begins.
Build and communicate
The team protects the space, controls dust, keeps work areas organized, and communicates progress, decisions, and unexpected conditions throughout construction.
Final walkthrough and closeout
We review the completed scope together, document remaining punch-list items, address closeout details, and leave the next steps clear.
